Check the casino
- The licence named in the footer, and the licence number on the regulator's register.
- The restricted countries list in the terms: Rwanda must not be on it.
- Withdrawal methods, limits and processing times.
- Contact options and support hours.
Online casinos licensed abroad are not supervised by the Rwanda Development Board, so a complaint goes to the foreign regulator. Our Rwanda page explains what that means.
Register and verify
Use your real name, date of birth and address. They must match your ID, or a withdrawal will be refused later. Upload your national ID or passport and a proof of address early, as described in our guide to ID checks.
Device and connection
Most new casinos run in the browser on phones and computers without a download. Live dealer games use more data than slots, so a stable connection or Wi-Fi helps.
Your first deposit
Open the cashier, choose a method and check whether the casino holds your balance in Rwandan francs or converts to dollars or euros. Card payments to foreign casinos may be declined or charged as international transactions by your bank.
Choose games and set limits
Try games in demo mode first where possible. Set deposit, loss and session limits in your account settings, and read our responsible gaming page for the tools casinos offer.
